My room was nice and clean. checking in was so fast! i found restaurants and shops so close by. the buffet breakfast was great. I really liked it. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The room could have benefited from a bit more thorough dusting around the corners. it's a very slight detail. Though.

the staff greeted me with genuine smiles, so cute! my room was super clean and very spacious. the bar had an awesome selection of cocktails, and i really enjoyed trying a few, they were delicious!
i had a slight issue with the bathroom drain, it seemed a bit slow. a quick fix would totally make it perfect!

the staff are very attentive and so polite. everyone was smiling and appeared happy to help with anything i needed. they gave me great directions to a nearby attraction. this really made the stay amazing!

i loved the dining area! it was so clean, and the staff were very quick to clear tables. breakfast had an amazing selection of fresh fruits and pastries. dinner service was prompt, and my meal tasted delicious.

I found a bus stop right outside the hotel for easy access to the city center. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Breakfasts were also quite good with fresh options.
The coffee machine was too complicated. I am not sure anyone ever uses these.
